Rhodonite

Rhodonite is a pink stone that ranges from a light to dark pink. It will often be veined with black, white, grey or yellow minerals that run through the stone. Rhodonite is a manganese inosilicate, with the formula (Mn, Fe, Mg, Ca)SiO₃, and member of the pyroxenoid group of minerals, crystallizing in the triclinic system. Rhodonite has a hardness from 5.5 – 6 on the Mohs scale (Mohs).
