Properties
Kyanite is a typically blue aluminosilicate mineral, found in aluminium-rich metamorphic pegmatites and sedimentary rock. Blue Kyanite is one of the most popular forms of Kyanite. It comes in singing at high vibrations and like most blue colored crystals. A glossy blue crystal formed in elongated flat bladed layers, transparent to opaque and may contain streaks of white. Kyanite has a hardness from 4.5 - 7 on the Mohs scale.
Powers
Kyanite is believed to prevent negative influences from penetrating an individual's emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual aspects. It also establishes a strong connection between its bearer and the surroundings. It also is the perfect gemstone for those who want to establish a healthy relationship with others.
Cares
Kyanite never needs cleansing, so do not get your crystal wet! Place your kyanite outdoors or on a sunny windowsill and let it absorb the natural light for about 30 minutes to cleanse and charge crystals.
