RETURN & REFUND
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any items not in the original condition, damaged, or defective from being used are not eligible for return. We will not accept any return of items that are directly sent back to us without notification at first.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned such as items have been used, items on promotion, discount products, special orders, complementary items, personalized and customized items, and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
If you received an incorrect order or defective item that occurs from our side, we will take responsibility for the shipping costs for the return items. Please look at the exchange process.
If there is no mistake from the seller's side or customers reject the product upon arrival, customers have to take responsible for return shipping. If customers get a free shipping from that order, a refund amount will be original payment minus shipping fee.
Proof of Damages and Issues Upon Arrival
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, incomplete or incorrect. We can evaluate the issue and make it right. We recommend you take a photo and a short clip video while you are opening your parcel upon reception.
"After you have received your parcel/package from the carrier, please take a photo of what you receive before opening it. Then please take a short video while you are opening the package until you see the product for the first time. This is for your proof with us in case the product that you have been received having an issue upon arrival."
Exchange Process
We typically do not accept exchanges unless you receive a wrong order or defective item that happens from our side. Please contact us at hinnjewelry@gmail.com for the further instructions. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you make a separate purchase for the new item. We will reimburse the cost while shipping the new item to you.
Return process
To start a return process, please contact us at hinnjewelry@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will instruct you on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us. Without first requesting return will not be accepted.

Packing your return items
It is recommended to wrap your return items in bubble wrap before placing them inside a bubble mailer or envelope to provide adequate protection during transit. Please note that the return item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any items not in the original condition are not eligible for return.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Not with standing the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
